Why 11 Percent?
Scientists say you only see the top 11% of an iceberg, and we liked that as a metaphor for the work we do. Customer usually only see the polished final result (the 11%), but on any project there is a ton of work and hours that goes unseen below the surface (the remaining 89%). So what you see from us and our clients is the 11%.
